This class is for people who would like to learn how to read the Bible from a liberal religious  perspective. In other words, its for people who want to learn how to take the Bible seriously but not literally.

If you would like to have a book ordered for you, please put a check for $11 made out to Saltwater Church in Mailbox #1 in the church office by Sunday, March 31, and you will receive your book on the first day of class. Otherwise, please purchase a copy of "Reading the Bible Again for the First Time" by Marcus Borg on your own.

Sign up for this class by filling out the form below or by calling the church at (253) 839-5200.  If the sign- up form does not appear below, that means the class is full.

If a minimum of six participants do not sign up, the class will be cancelled.

At the beginning of March, Reverend James distributed copies of his recently finished A Liberal Religious Path: An Introduction and Invitation to Unitarian Universalism. If you haven't picked up a copy yet, copies are available at church.

This in-person gathering will be an opportunity to discuss the book and ask any quesitons you may have about it.
