Social Responsibility Petal
Right Relationship in the World
Lucia Faithfull, Petal Lead
The teams of the Social Responsibility Petal work to serve, to raise awareness, and to support and partner with people who face injustice. We advocate, organize, and act for justice to live out the values of our faith.
We engage in the world with Denominational Affairs through UUA Study Action Issues and the UU Service Committee (UUSC) and with allies in the broader community.

Through our Share-the-Plate program, one-half of the undesignated funds from our Sunday mornig offering benefits a local charity. To nominate an organization to receive our offering for one month, contact email@example.com.
To support Hospitality House, the only shelter for single homeless women in South King County, and the Federal Way Day Center, Saltwater collects shelf-stable food and household items at each Sunday service.
Through our School Outreach Team, we provide mentors to students at local schools and have a Holiday Giving Tree for low-income students and families.
Saltwater Church is a member of Sound Alliance, a community organizing network of more than 30 different organizations working toward the common good in the Puget Sound region.
