Children and youth are always welcome to visit our religious education classes. They are also welcome to bring a friend with them if they wish. The Lighthouse (our religious education building) is located behind the main building, accross the central courtyard.
First Visit: Plan to come 10-15 minutes before the service on your first visit. Parents should accompany their child to class the first day, to locate the classroom (where you will pick up your child after the service) and meet the teacher. Parents are welcome to stay and participate in the classroom with your child if he or she needs that reassurance. Please stop by the front desk in the Lighthouse (our religious education building) to make nametags for your children, leave us your contact information, and receive additional information about our classes. Please let us know about any allergies or special needs your children may have at this time.
After three visits, families are asked to register their children. Registration forms can be found at the Lighthouse front desk. There is no fee or tuition required. This program, like other core church programs, is funded by the generous giving of members through annual pledges to the church operating budget. In addition, the program receives support from dedicated volunteers from all corners of the church community. Please consider supporting this and other church programs through your own time, talents and financial resources.
