We’re so glad you’re here!

Unitarian Universalists are people of all agespeople of many backgrounds, and people of many beliefs.  We are brave, curious and compassionate thinkers and doers.  We create spirituality and community beyond boundaries, working for more justice and more love in our own lives and in the world.  Our faith tradition is rooted in our Judeo-Christian Heritage, and has grown to include many more sources of wisdom and inspiration.

Unitarian Universalism affirms and promotes seven Principles, grounded in the humanistic teachings of the world’s religions.  Our spirituality is unbounded, drawing from scripture and science, nature and philosophy, personal experience and ancient tradition as described in our six Sources.

Although our building is located at 25701 14th Place South, Des Moines, WA (near Saltwater State Park), our congregation exists in our hearts and in the connections we form with each other. Due to COVID-19, we will be meeting online until such time as it is safe for all of us, including our most vulnerable members and visitors, to gather in-person again.

Our services are streamed live on Zoom on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. The link to join the meeting is posted on the website and a reminder is sent to our announcement email list.

We hope you will stay after the service for a virtual coffee hour, where you’ll be invited to introduce yourself and join small groups for conversation.  And we hope you will fill out a visitor form to let us know who you are, and what you’re seeking in a faith community.

Even though we’re not meeting in person for the time being, we’re a vibrant community with many opportunities for connection, and many ways to contribute to our ministries.
