The last few years have taught us the importance of adaptability. Our Technology Support Teams have been critical components to our success. Our services have been available through the church zoom room since March of 2020 thanks to the dedication of our volunteers. The teams that helped us during in person worship adapted to new “digital” volunteer roles. As we prepare for Watch Parties in the upcoming months, our teams have once again taken on new responsibilities. Volunteer Technology Support Positions

Zoom AV Tech
This position may provide support in-person or from another location, provided the location has a strong internet connection.

• Screen Share videos and slideshows through zoom
• Post links into the chat box during morning announcements

Desk AV Tech
This position provides support in-person from the sanctuary. They will assist the Zoom AV tech during Sunday Worship Watch Parties.

• Setup soundboard, camera, and projector
• Support in person viewers with zoom engagement

Digital Usher

• Admit viewers and create breakout rooms
• Monitor the zoom chat box
