Join Debra Valpey and friends as we celebrate our shared lives with our beloved pets, our admired sea creatures, our flying “siblings,” and our wild kin. Debra will lead us in pondering our relationships as human beings with those who share our earth, our hearth and hearts, and our dreams and hopes. Your pets (canine, feline, amphibian, or reptilian, properly leashed, and/or humanely contained)) are welcome.

We will celebrate with music, verse, liturgy, and writing. All animals present will be blessed by their owners and by the congregation. If your animal companion does not “play well with others” you are welcome to bring a photo, a stuffed animal version, or just your love and devotion to him or her or them. Animal companions who have passed away will also be acknowledged. Please consider bringing a small snack that your animal companion likes so they can join us for coffee hour.
