Nursery and Childcare
During this time of quarantine and social distancing, it is all the more important to find ways to connect with one another. Though we aren’t meeting in person, our church is not closed–we continue to learn, grow, worship, and support one another through creative online connections and sharing of physical resources. Visit our Multigenerational Fiath Formation page for more information.
Nursery Care for Babies and Toddlers
We offer care for babies and toddlers on Sunday mornings from 10:15-11:45. You are also welcome to keep your child with you during the service. The nursery is located in the Lighthouse, our religious education building, across the courtyard from the main building. Nursery care is provided by our lead nursery attendant, Maia Bjornson, and approved volunteers from our congregation.
Our nursery offers a bright, clean environment for play, and a place for parents to nurse or calm a crying infant. Changing tables are available in the bathrooms in both the main building and in the Lighthouse.
Please sign your children in on the attendance form when you drop them off and sign them out when you pick them up.
Parents should leave the necessary supplies and instructions to change and/or feed your little one. Please let the child care providers know if your child has any special dietary needs or concerns. Parents are asked to bring a change of diapers and any special items the child may need. We ask that you leave our caregivers with any specific instructions regarding the circumstances under which you would like to be called from the service. If you choose, you may leave your cell phone number so we can page you (cell phones on vibrate only, please) or someone can come find you as needed.
