Swing Dance for Every Body (in person) & Pair Sharing (on Zoom)

In person: Accessible Swing Dance Basic Lesson Please join Lua Wolf for their first swing dance teaching experience! They write, “I have been swing dancing for seven years. I started dancing with Tri-Town Swing in Kennewick Washington, and decided to move to this area once I realized that Kennewick does not offer enough dancing for me. I now dance with T-Town Swing in Tacoma and Savoy Swing Dance Society in Seattle. Swing dance is my passion in life which combines history, inclusion, joy, and any ability of movement. I hope to show you that all bodies are dance bodies if you have dance in your heart.” Suitable for ages 5 and older.”

Online: Pair-sharing – A Joyful Practice of Connecting Pair Sharing is a practice that is based on honest sharing and deep listening. This practice allows us to connect deeply, and to feel truly heard and seen by another. There is joy and healing power in telling the truth to another and in being heard by another.
