Koshin Christopher Cain, Abbot of the Puget Sound Zen Center Koshin lived at Mt. Baldy Zen Center in California from 1990 to 2003, where he was ordained, trained as a monk, made an Osho or teacher, and for the last few years, served as Vice Abbot of Mt. Baldy Zen Center. In 2003 he founded the Puget Sound Zen Center on Vashon Island. Since 2009, Koshin has also been the formal teacher of the Rinzai Zen Center in Oslo, Norway.
