Forest Bathing & Labyrinth Walk

In July our theme is Embracing Possibilities and the Worship Team is arranging for meaningful and fun opportunities in lieu of our regular services. For our in-person folks there will be Worshipful Workshops – informal, lay-led, participatory workshops centered on different spiritual practices. For our folks on-line, there will be facilitated Chalice Circles over zoom each week with discussion questions related to the theme of Embracing Possibilities.
On July 16, beginning at 10:30am in the Welcoming Room, our Worshipful Workshop will be “Forest Bathing.”
Join us for a chance to unwind, reflect, and rediscover spiritual harmony within the serenity of our beautiful Church grounds. We will engage in the ancient practice of forest-bathing, which is a meditative practice where we allow the sights, sounds, and scents of the woods to revitalize the body and spirit. We will then walk the sacred Labyrinth to foster inner peace, contemplation, and a deeper connection to Spirit.
