The pagan holy day of Beltane on May 1 celebrates the Earth’s fertile reawakening. Halfway between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice, springtime is in full swing, and on Beltane we celebrate the union of pollen and ovum that produces the fruit from the flower; the union of human hearts, minds and imaginations that produces love; and the union of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine that give rise to all life. Join Rev. Alison, the Saltwater Choir and Mimi the Pink, plus a special guest from Friends of Saltwater State Park to explore the beauty of the fertile Earth and our fertile imaginations. Stay afterwards for Maypole dancing and potluck.
