Visiting With Children
We welcome visiting families!
Children and youth are always welcome to visit our worship services and religious education classes.
Nursery-age Children:
On Sunday mornings, children from ages 0-3 may attend the worship service with their parent/guardian or spend time in the Nursery with our childcare providers. The Nursery is open from 10:15-11:45. Parents/guardians also have the option of watching the worship service from the Welcoming Room with their child(ren).
Preschool and Elementary-age Children:
On Sunday mornings, children from preschool through 5th grade start in the worship service. Children may either sit with their parent/guardian or in the children’s area with their teachers. After the Story for All Ages, children may stay with their parent/guardian or go with their teachers to their religious education class. Parents/guardians are welcome to accompany their child(ren) to class and meet the teachers.
Youth:
On Sunday mornings, middle school and high school youth start in the worship service. After the Story for All Ages, youth may stay with their parent/guardian or go to Youth Group when it is offered (once we have enough youth!)
After three visits, families are asked to register their children. There is no fee or tuition required. This program, like other core church programs, is funded by the generous giving of members through annual pledges to the church operating budget. In addition, the program receives support from dedicated volunteers from all corners of the church community. Please consider supporting this and other church programs through your own time, talents, and financial resources.
