The Rev. Dr. James Kubal-Komoto currently serves as the lead minister of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh, but from 2000 until 2016, he served as the minister of Saltwater Church. He is the author of the recently published A Liberal Religious Path: A Short, Personal Introduction to Unitarian Universalism. He currently lives in Cary, NC, with his wife, Hiromi, and his 17-year-old son, Kai.
