Are you passionate about our UU values and curious about ways to be more involved? Are you a member of our congregation who is interested in attending Virtual UUA General Assembly this year?  If so, have you considered serving as a delegate for our congregation?

Virtual UUA General Assembly is a great opportunity to learn more about Unitarian Universalism.  General Assembly studies ways to implement and live into our mission. UUA GA 2021 will incorporate recommendations from the Commission on Institution Change report, “Widening the Circle of Concern” and dialogue with the Article II Commission about our Principles and Purposes.  Featured speakers will delve into theological analysis, work around organizing for liberation, and the ways we tend our spiritual resilience. And in case you missed it, I am thrilled to announce that the 2021 Ware Lecture will feature Stacey Abrams & Desmond Meade!

You can apply by submitting the application online or filling out a printed copy and returning it to Mayda Taney by MAY 19. We want to ensure finances are not a barrier to participation as a delegate so assistance is available.  Please please contact Ray Valpey, Board President, or Rev. Kristen Kuriga if you would like to request financial aid to cover the cost of registration.
