On 12/14/19 from 8-10 a.m., there will be a fundraiser for the Federal Way day center. Breakfast at Jimmy Mac’s Roadhouse, 34902 Pacific Hwy. S., Federal Way. Breakfast will be pancakes, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, juice and coffee. Proceeds will purchase bath towels for the day center. For those of you not familiar with the day center, it is a place for those in need to go from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday to take a shower, cook some food, use computers and connect with resources for housing, mental health and other services. Can’t make it to the breakfast? No problem. Purchase some tickets which can be donated to the people who come to the day center. Price is $10 per ticket.
